Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou bude udr\u017een\u00ed firemn\u00ed kultury a&nbsp;soudr\u017enosti, jinak dojde k&nbsp;ur\u010dit\u00e9mu rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed nebo dokonce anarchii. Efektivn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed kontaktu a&nbsp;optimalizace t\u00fdmov\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu budou pravideln\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed term\u00edny, hodnocen\u00ed pokroku a&nbsp;t\u00fddenn\u00ed nebo dokonce denn\u00ed sch\u016fzky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V men\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou udr\u017eitelnosti hybridn\u00edch forem pr\u00e1ce tak\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ta kontroly mana\u017eer\u016f nad sv\u00fdmi zam\u011bstnanci nebo demotivace zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.
