Pr\u016fzkum s&nbsp;n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u017divot, pr\u00e1ce a&nbsp;Covid-19\u201c, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurofound.europa.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/ef_publication\/field_ef_document\/ef20058en.pdf\">kter\u00fd provedla nadace Eurofound<\/a> s&nbsp;c\u00edlem porozum\u011bt dopadu zdravotn\u00ed krize na obyvatelstvo, odhaluje, \u017ee 70&nbsp;% evropsk\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f m\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed zku\u0161enost s&nbsp;prac\u00ed na d\u00e1lku b\u011bhem r\u016fzn\u00fdch omezen\u00ed. 78&nbsp;% \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f si i&nbsp;nyn\u00ed p\u0159eje alespo\u0148 ob\u010das pracovat z&nbsp;domova. Na druhou stranu pouze 47&nbsp;% zam\u011bstnanc\u016f uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee jim jejich zam\u011bstnavatel poskytl pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed k&nbsp;efektivn\u00edmu v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce na d\u00e1lku<a href=\"#_ftn1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ergonomick\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed: dobr\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed pro dobrou pr\u00e1ci<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee <em>\u201em\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pracovat z&nbsp;domova, ale je\u0161t\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed je, kdy\u017e m\u00e1te dobr\u00e9 ergonomick\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed. Pr\u00e1ce na leh\u00e1tku s&nbsp;notebookem polo\u017een\u00fdm na stole m\u016f\u017ee \u010dasem v\u00e9st k&nbsp;bolestem, kter\u00e9 se jen st\u011b\u017e\u00ed slu\u010duj\u00ed s&nbsp;p\u0159edstavou dobr\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce a&nbsp;pohody p\u0159i&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci,\u201c<\/em> zd\u016fraz\u0148uje v&nbsp;tomto ohledu Tiphaine de R\u00e9als, mana\u017eer marketingu spole\u010dnosti Fellowes France specializuj\u00edc\u00ed se na kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd n\u00e1bytek a&nbsp;vybaven\u00ed, a&nbsp;partner spole\u010dnosti Manutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doma i&nbsp;v&nbsp;kancel\u00e1\u0159i je ergonomick\u00e9 uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed pracovi\u0161t\u011b z\u00e1sadn\u00edm p\u0159edpokladem pro zachov\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u00ed. Proto <em>\u201emus\u00edme vyvinout skute\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed, abychom byli ergonomicky vybaveni i&nbsp;pro pr\u00e1ci na d\u00e1lku,\u201c<\/em> pokra\u010duje Tiphaine de R\u00e9als.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ergonomie: osvojte si preventivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup doma i&nbsp;v&nbsp;kancel\u00e1\u0159i<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podle <a href=\"https:\/\/osha.europa.eu\/fr\/publications\/summary-msds-facts-and-figures-overview-prevalence-costs-and-demographics-msds-europe\/view\">studie Evropsk\u00e9 agentury pro zdrav\u00ed a&nbsp;bezpe\u010dnost p\u0159i&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 v&nbsp;roce 2019<\/a> trp\u00ed 3 z&nbsp;5 evropsk\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f (60&nbsp;%) poruchami pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu (MSD). Jeden z&nbsp;5 evropsk\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f rok p\u0159ed proveden\u00edm t\u00e9to studie tak\u00e9 trp\u011bl chronickou poruchou zad nebo krku (bolesti \u0161\u00edje, doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti zad).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Porucha pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu se t\u00fdk\u00e1 sval\u016f, \u0161lach a&nbsp;nerv\u016f a&nbsp;vznik\u00e1 z&nbsp;nerovnov\u00e1hy mezi t\u011blesn\u00fdmi limity a&nbsp;stresem, kter\u00e9mu je t\u011blo vystaveno. Podle stejn\u00e9ho pr\u016fzkumu m\u011blo 53&nbsp;% zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed prohl\u00e1sili, \u017ee trp\u00ed MSD, b\u011bhem roku p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edho studii kv\u016fli t\u00e9to poru\u0161e absence v&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci, oproti pouze 32&nbsp;% zam\u011bstnanc\u016f bez zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f. Byli tak\u00e9 d\u00e9le nep\u0159\u00edtomn\u00ed, 26&nbsp;% z&nbsp;nich uvedlo, \u017ee byli mimo pr\u00e1ci d\u00e9le ne\u017e 8&nbsp;dn\u00ed v&nbsp;roce, oproti pouze 7&nbsp;% u&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch absenc\u00ed. Poruchy pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu jsou st\u00e1le roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;zat\u011b\u017euj\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost firem a&nbsp;zap\u0159\u00ed\u010di\u0148uj\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fddaj\u016f. Zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed absenci a&nbsp;ztr\u00e1tu produktivity a&nbsp;naru\u0161uj\u00ed t\u00fdmovou pr\u00e1ci. Zejm\u00e9na N\u011bmecko odhaduje ztr\u00e1tu produktivity v&nbsp;d\u016fsledku MSD na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1&nbsp;% sv\u00e9ho hrub\u00e9ho dom\u00e1c\u00edho produktu. Tento \u00fadaj je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b podobn\u00fd i&nbsp;v&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch zem\u00edch Unie, o&nbsp;to d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je zaveden\u00ed preventivn\u00ed politiky ze strany zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u0165 u\u017e pracujete doma nebo ve firemn\u00edch prostor\u00e1ch, ergonomie va\u0161eho pracovi\u0161t\u011b je nezbytn\u00e1 nejen pro va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 pro va\u0161i efektivitu a&nbsp;profesn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch. Je proto nezbytn\u00e9 ergonomicky vybavit sv\u00e9 pracovi\u0161t\u011b d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e se objev\u00ed prvn\u00ed zn\u00e1mky poruch pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Podporujte zm\u011bny dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sed nen\u00ed nejp\u0159irozen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed polohou pro lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo, kter\u00e9 je ur\u010deno ke vzp\u0159\u00edmen\u00e9mu postoji. Proto je krom\u011b p\u0159irozen\u00e9 pot\u0159eby cvi\u010den\u00ed nutn\u00e9 pravideln\u011b m\u011bnit polohu.
